I got mine from a shop called Waterstones (in the UK) for £9.99 which is around $15.
You can buy them in Barnes and Noble and Walmart (I think) if you live in the USA and in Waterstones, ASDA or Tesco Extra if you live in the UK.
OR you can buy them online, which is your best bet, but some cost significantly more than they do in your local shop.
